Pergamon Energy Q3 Technical Retreat 2026
Nairobi, Kenya — Last weekend, the Pergamon Energy engineering and management teams gathered for our internal Q3 Technical Retreat 2026.
As we continue to scale our operations across Kenya, regular internal alignment ensures that every installation meets our rigorous safety and performance standards. This quarter's retreat focused heavily on standardizing our approach to high-capacity commercial hybrid systems.
Key Focus Areas
During the two-day internal workshop, our EPRA-licensed engineers and field technicians covered:
- Safety Protocols: A comprehensive review of our updated site safety guidelines, especially regarding high-voltage DC stringing.
- New Inverter Architectures: Hands-on training with the latest generation of hybrid inverters being rolled out to our commercial clients.
- Quality Assurance: Streamlining our post-installation commissioning checklists to ensure every system operates at peak efficiency from day one.
Building a Stronger Team
Beyond the technical workshops, the retreat provided a valuable opportunity for cross-departmental team building. From our procurement specialists to our lead field engineers, aligning on our core mission—delivering reliable, clean power to Kenya—was the ultimate takeaway.
We are incredibly proud of the dedication our team shows every day, and we're looking forward to applying these refined protocols in the field.
